Abstract
January 2025 Consumer Price Index (CPI) of Bali Province on a year on year recorded inflation of 2.41 percent. The highest inflation was recorded in Tabanan Regency by 3.00 percent.
In January 2025 on a year-on-Y y-on-y(y-on-y)
basis, Bali Province experienced inflation of 2.41 percent with the
Consumer Price Index (basic year 2022=100) of 107.85. The highest
inflation was recorded in Tabanan Regency by 3.00 percent with a layoff
of 110.72 and the lowest inflation was recorded in Singaraja by 1.61
percent with a CPI of 107.13.
Annual inflation (y-on-y)
occurs due to the rising price of the total commodities indicated by
the rise of CPI in nine expenditure groups, namely: food, beverage and
tobacco groups rose by 8.26 percent; clothing and footwear groups by
1.56 percent; the group of equipment, equipment and routine maintenance
of the household by 0.92 percent; the health group by 1.08 percent; the
transportation group by 0.93 percent; the recreation, sports, and
cultural groups of 2.00 percent. Meanwhile, two groups recorded a
decrease in the index, namely the housing, water, electricity, and
household fuel groups fell by 9.94 percent and the information,
communication, and financial services groups fell by 0.45 percent.
On a monthly basis (month to month / m-t-m), Bali Province is recorded to experience deflation of 0.02 percent. Similarly, in a year to date (y-to-d), recorded deflation of 0.02 percent.
