Abstract

In October 2018 the city of Denpasar recorded a deflation of 0.10 percent with the Consumer Price Index (2012 CPI = 100) of 130.05. The inflation rate for the calendar year (January - October 2018) was recorded at 2.26 percent and the year-on-year inflation rate (October 2018 to October 2017 or YoY) was recorded at 3.56 percent. Commodities recorded as contributing or contributing to deflation in October 2018 include: chicken, rice, shallots, watermelon, household fuels, cement, and hand body lotion.
