Abstract

Like Denpasar, June 2017 Singaraja also experienced deflation of 0.64 percent, with the Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 136.45. Deflation was more dominantly affected by the index decline in the foodstuff category by 3.29 percent. While the other six groups experienced inflation, namely: housing, water, electricity, gas and fuel 0.54 percent; Clothing group 0.46 percent; Transportation, communication and financial services group 0.43 percent; Food, beverage, cigarette and tobacco group 0.38 percent; Education, recreation and sports group 0.07 percent and health group 0.06 percent.
